When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVPs are due by 8/14/26. RSVPs prior to are encouraged and appreciated!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Arrival for the ceremony is at 4:30pm ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, semi-formal. For women, some ideas are Knee-Length or Midi Dresses, Dressy Skirts and Tops, and Elegant Jumpsuits. For men, some ideas are Suits with Dress Shirts, or Blazers with Dress Pants. Tuxes and gowns are welcome.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from the Holiday Inn Express St. Augustine - Vilano Beach to The White Room.

Is there parking at the venue for the wedding?

Answer

Parking will not be provided as the venue does not offer it. Parking in St. Augustine has its challenges. There is a parking garage at 1 Cordova Street, St. Augustine. It is a 15 minute walk to The White Room. The cost to park is $20. St. Augustine also has trains and trolley that are available for a small fee. Walking and Rideshare (Uber, Lyft) is recommended is you are not taking the provided shuttle from the hotel. Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we are offering a Welcome "Happy Hour"! It is on Friday, 9/25, located at Beaches at Vilano Beach. Please RSVP if you plan on joining us. Come and go as you please, feel free to stop in before or after dinner (or you can order a meal at the restaurant).
