We’ve been friends since 2015, meeting through mutual friends and hanging out often. Even though we went to different polytechnics and universities, we always stayed in touch, catching up whenever possible. Over the years, our friendship blossomed, and what started as casual hangouts turned into something much deeper.

On November 9th, 2024, Soe Lin pulled off the perfect surprise proposal at the beach—Thet Htet’s favorite place. She had once mentioned that her dream proposal would be by the beach, and Soe Lin made sure to turn that dream into reality. With the help of friends, a beautiful setup was arranged. To keep the surprise intact, Thet Htet was told they were heading to the beach for Soe Lin’s cousin’s birthday celebration.
