One Year Since I Do

Our love story began with soca, rum and a kiss. Cropover 2019 Adiasha landed in Barbados and went to a boat ride . As soon she got on the boat Kerry was in the middle wining and jumping up and down, Dana pointed him out saying "He's a whole mood" and Adiasha agreed. Fast forward 2 hours later, a bottle of mount gay and a whole lot of vibes Kerry FINALLY makes his way over to wine with Adiasha, which was almost interrupted by a another guy but Adiasha pulled Kerry back saying "that's not my boyfriend" and the jamming continued. What felt like a few minutes later Kerry kissed Adiasha who was surprised but for anyone that knows her knows she enjoys a good kiss. So she said "do it again" and it was sealed. He was hers!

It all began with dinner reservations at 8 at The Tides Restaurant and the intent of Kerry marrying Adiasha. Kerry went shopping for new attire and got a fresh haircut. He was at work the entire day thinking about what to say to Adiasha to convince her to be Mrs. Thornhill. After Kerry collected the ring from his friend Nicholas, he made his way home. They arrived at 7:30 pm with Adiasha looking as gorgeous as ever and Kerry ever so dapper as well. After being seated, one of the wait staff (Ranako) said Kerry's vehicle needed checking (a distraction to talk about the proposal). Adiasha and Kerry continued dinner and chatted for a bit. By this time Kerry is sweating bullets and the drinks weren't helping. Once again the wait staff had bought it to Kerry's attention that his vehicle was blocked in (ring prep). Kerry returned to his seated awaiting the signal, as the wait staff brought the brownie with the sparkling candle and the ring so gracefully placed at the bottom of the candle with the words written so delightfully by the chef (WILL YOU MARRY ME MY LOVE?), Kerry quickly got on his knee to ask Adiasha " would you do me the honor of being my wife?" Adiasha giggling all the way said " YES BABE." With a rousing applause from the remainder of the dinner guest and staff. Kerry and Adiasha kissed to seal the deal. Kerry kissed the ring and then kissed Adiasha again to seal it once more. They both continued to enjoy the remainder of the dinner with all smiles. For the first time in weeks Kerry was able to breathe.
