Yes! The ceremony will be outside with a view of the lake, the reception is inside the lodge following Hors d’oeuvres

Daytime casual! Meaning Dress pants with a button-down shirt or A summer sundress or a skirt or pants with a nice blouse.

There is free parking at the park close to the White House Lodge!
