We’ve known each other since kindergarten, having grown up just one street apart. Lauren remembers her dad always saying, “Lauren, one day you’re going to marry that boy who lives down the street.” Although we didn’t start dating until Lauren left for college, once we were together, we quickly became inseparable. Over the years, we’ve shared so many meaningful milestones—graduating college, starting our careers, becoming aunts and uncles, and countless other unforgettable moments. We truly can’t wait for this next chapter of our lives, and for Lauren to finally tell her dad that he was right all along.
