Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at 928 Greenleaf Road, Louisville, KY 40213. This will be a very intimate backyard wedding and everything will be held outdoors! The indoors are available for a quiet spot or a break from the heat and two bathrooms are available to use for the event.

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5 pm. Please arrive around 30 minutes early to allow time for parking and getting settled. Louder Than Life is causing more traffic than usual so please bear that in mind when planning departure times.

Answer

As our wedding is being held at a residence, parking will understandably be tight. We encourage carpooling or taking a ride share. Otherwise, street parking will be utilized as the driveway will be cleared out for the event. Please bear in mind that street parking will be EXTREMELY limited due to Louder Than Life. You may want to plan some parking time into your schedule.

Yes, our wedding will be Garden Party Attire. Considering the weather in Louisville in late September, it may end up being very warm or very cool. Either way, consider the weather when planning your outfit! For masculine attire consider linen suits, dress shirts paired with blazers, ties/bowties, and pocket squares. For feminine attire, sundresses, midi dresses or jumpsuits in a breathable fabric like linen, cotton, or silk. Part of the event will be on grass and on asphalt, so consider that when planning shoes. Answer

We have a rain plan! The event will have tents available for shade and any possible light rain. If we get rained out (which is unlikely,) our alternate venue will be Flame Run on 815 W Market St, Louisville, KY 40202. We will advise everyone ahead of time in case of rain.

Yes, if your invitation says "+ Guest". Otherwise, if not specified, please attend solo!

Yes! Jess will be taking Caitlin's last name. Any gifts or cards can be addressed to "Mrs. and Mrs. Soard".

Due to the size of the venue, we are keeping the event adults-only. Thank you for understanding, and enjoy the night out! Please refrain from bringing any pets as well.

We're having an unplugged ceremony, please keep your phones safely stowed away until the reception!

Beer, two signature cocktails, and some non-alcoholic options will be provided, but feel free to bring anything specific you'd like.

You can find our registry on this website! Navigate to the menu and there you'll find it. While your presence is more than enough of a gift, we listed a few options for folks.

We kindly ask that you either carpool or Uber/Lyft to the ceremony and reception. We're happy to help you find a ride if you need it.

Anyone who does not RSVP by our cut-off date will be considered as not attending. We have a final tally needed for our catering and unfortunately will not be able to accommodate anyone who does not RSVP.
