Question

Will Ubers and other transportation companies come to the venue?

Answer

Yes, Ubers and Lyfts are easily accessible as there are other venues in the general area. If you need special accommodations, let us know and we can work something out!

Will there be Gluten Free options?

Answer

Yes, all of our hors d’oeuvres and dinner options provided by our caterers will be gluten free. Dessert table will be labeled accordingly to your health needs. If you have any other allergies please let us know so we can ensure your safety!

Are my children allowed to come?

Answer

Yes, we have allowed all family members to bring their children to our event. We only ask that they be monitored during our ceremony to ensure smooth video footage!

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

No, unfortunately Idaho laws prohibit alcohol other than our vendors to be brought in. We will provide beer and wine to all guests free of charge, otherwise all cocktails must be purchased at vendor price!

Is there on-site parking?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the venue free of charge! There are many spots available, however if you need special accommodations or shorter length of walks let us know and we can have you dropped closer to the venue!

Are there restrooms on-site?

Answer

Yes our venue is fully equip with men’s and women’s restrooms as well as a baby changing station if needed.

Do I have a place to store jackets/sweaters?

Answer

We do have a whole hall of clothing racks accessible to guests to hang purses, jackets, or sweaters. We however can not guarantee the safety of these items as they are hung in an open hall accessible to all guests. If you have any particular concerns we can plan accordingly, just let me know and we can have items safely stowed away for your convenience!

How late does the night go?

Answer

We have the venue until 11pm, however clean up for bride and groom is at 1030. We encourage you to keep dancing and enjoying yourself until 11pm however!

Can I bring additional people?

Answer

All people addressed in our invites are welcome to come, if you have anyone else you’d like it will have to be verified by the bride and groom!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress code is semi-formal please come in appropriate attire something that you feel comfortable in that is also nice!

Is vaping/smoking allowed?

Answer

There are designated areas for smoking or vaping, please do not do either inside the venue as we will have an additional charge, thank you!

Is there a seating chart?

Answer

We have decided against a seating chart, however there will be reserved seating for immediate family. These will be marked with a placard!

Are the bride and groom accepting gifts?

Answer

As we have all the essentials we currently need we encourage you to gift to our honeymoon fund we have linked within this webpage. We will continue our journey traveling in our trailer following the wedding and minimalism is key for us with such limited room. If there are any essentials you think would benefit us we are open to receiving such! We thank you for all contributions!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We suggest arriving 30 minutes prior to find a seat and get a drink before the ceremony begins!

What if I don’t RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP one month prior to the event you will be marked as “not attending” it is crucial for us to have a guest estimate for our vendors. If you rsvp late please let the bride and groom know so we can plan accordingly.
