Question
Do you have transportation to and from the Venue?
Answer
We will have pick up from the Fairfield hotel at 2:15 and 3:15. Then we will be offering rides back to the hotel at 9, 10, and 11 when the wedding ends. Please consider leaving a tip for the driver if you utilize this service!

What time should I get to the Venue?
Answer
The ceremony starts at 4pm so we ask guests to get to venue by 3:45. We will have someone available to transport people from the Fairfield inn to the venue they will leave the Fairfield around 3:10-3:15.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
We will be utilizing both the indoor and outdoor areas of the venue, weather permitting. The ceremony will take place outdoors and the reception will take place in the barn on the property. If there is a chance of rain we will have the ceremony take place in the Barn. Regardless of rain there is covered patio area for guests to still get some fresh air.

Is the ceremony at a different location than the reception?
Answer
No, both the ceremony and the reception will take place at the Old Saco Inn in Fryeburg, Maine.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! The Old Saco Inn has plenty of parking and the parking lot is conveniently located right next to both the ceremony site and barn. Both are handicap accessible.

Are kids allowed?
Answer
We love all the little ones in our life, we really do! Unfortunately, due to budget restrictions we are unable to have all of them attend. While there will be some children attending we do hope that this will be a great opportunity for you to have a nice evening as just the adults! We welcome the little ones under 18 months.

Can I bring a date?

We kindly ask that only guests formally invited attend.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We ask that our guests dress up but stay comfortable! Please no white or colors similar. Our wedding party will be in a deep wine color.

Can I take pictures and share them?
Answer
Yes, however we ask that during the ceremony guests remain unplugged to share our special moment with us. During the reception we welcome all photos and ask that when you share them you add the hashtag #snuffygotmarried to help us compile them all at the end!

Do you have hotel blocks?
Answer
No, we did not make any room blocks for specific hotels. Under the lodging tab we added many options in the North Conway area as it is about 25 minutes from the venue. We do recommend booking a room at the Fairfield Inn first. We also added a few places in other surrounding towns as we wanted our guests to have as many options as possible.

What’s the bar situation?
Answer
We will have a cash bar available for all guests that would like to drink. Signature drinks and non alcoholic drinks are on the house!

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
We are registered with Zola, Target, and Amazon! We have added the target and Amazon registry to our website so all three should show up under the Registry tab! Thank you so much for your consideration and generosity! We truly appreciate it and are grateful for it!

How should I RSVP? And when by?
Answer
You can RSVP right on our website under the RSVP tab or by sending back the postcard attach to your invitation! Please RSVP by July 15th.
