We met each other at our Monday night young adults small group in January 2023. We knew each other as friends for several months, but really began to bond after we collaborated to orchestrate a number of pranks on our friends during our first group camping trip. It started with a snake in a tent and then evolved from there. As time went on, we got to know each other on a deeper level. We officially started dating in November 2023. This happened after a blessed time with our friends exploring Seaside, Astoria, and both being the only people who bought tickets for a Lecrae and Hulvey concert. We had decided to just be friends. This had been made clear between the two of us just before going on this trip. However, after this trip, it all changed for the better. We decided to give this dating thing a try and the rest is history! We thank God for bringing us together and using us to glorify His name. November 12, 2023: Started dating July 20, 2024: Engagement April 12, 2025: Marriage! Our mantra: "Normal is boring. Weird is betgoo!" (Romans 12:2)
