What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the ceremony by 4:15pm. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the ceremony hall from the parking lot.

Is there transportation from the hotels?

Answer

School buses will pick guests up at the Graduate Providence and Providence Downtown Marriott hotels, bringing them to and from the wedding. Bus Schedule: 3:50pm pick up at the Graduate, 4:00pm pick up the Marriott, 4:15pm drop off at venue. There will be two return trips to the hotels, one at 10:05pm and the last at 11:05pm.

Is there parking for the wedding?

Answer

Ceremony and reception are both at the same venue, Hope Artist Village. There is free parking in a lot across the street from the entrance and there is also street parking. Hotel shuttles will also be provided.

What should I wear?

Answer

The wedding is semi-formal, tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

All those listed on the invitations are invited to the wedding.

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Dinner will be buffet style, however, if you have an allergy or dietary restriction, a seperate meal can be prepared if requested. When you RSVP there is a place to list dietary restrictions.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love little ones, we kindly request a child-free wedding.
