Hotel
These rooms are discounted (up to 30%) from the normal prices and the discount will only apply if book through the "View" link or by calling 407-827-6799 and mentioning the Snow and Fitzgerald Wedding or G10136463. We can add more rooms to the room block if it appears that one of the resort options is booked out, we want you to be able to utilize the room block discount if you plan to stay on property. Please reach out to Jennifer or Sean to let us know which resort you are wanting! Also, if you need an accessible room, let us know as soon as possible as we may be able to have more rooms opened up to include this option. The resorts we chose for the room block are: Beach Club (Deluxe resort), Caribbean Beach (Moderate resort), and Pop Century (Value Resort). We chose these options as they are either at the event location (Beach Club) or have the easiest transportation options to the event. The link is incorrect for how far away from the event each resort is, as Beach club is the event location. Please see the FAQ if you have further questions about the resort types or transportation.
Travel Note
For the timeframe around the Wedding event, we have been given a link and phone number to book specially priced tickets. For savings on Park Hopper Tickets, use the link provided. This being said as a frequent park attender, I recommend purchasing single park tickets as there is always plenty to fill an entire day's worth of activity in one park and is overall cheaper than purchasing park hoppers. However, we are privileged to get to include half day park tickets. These tickets start at either 1pm or 4pm for a fraction of the cost and let you sleep in! Flight
We recommend flying into MCO as this is the closest option to the Disney World Resort area.
Train
If flying is not your thing and you still don't want to drive, we have taken the train many times and have loved the experience. It is a great option to let you get up, move around, and still feel refreshed after a day of travel.
