Flight
LGA is going to be the most convenient airport to fly into. Once you land, you can get to your accommodations by Uber, Lyft, taxi, or public transportation. JFK and Newark are about the same distance from Brooklyn. If you choose to fly into JFK you can reach your accommodations by car service or subway. Newark is accessible by the train into Penn Station then taking the subway or by car.
