We have sent out "save the dates," hoping that everyone who has received one will be able to celebrate with us. According to the venue coordinator, there will be updated mandates for Solano County sometime in June. . As of now, our venue coordinator is optimistic that they will be able to accommodate our guest list of 100+ at our target wedding date. Even if the venue could only operate at 25% capacity safely, that would allow a guest count of up to 140. Ultimately there will be checklist items that we may need to ask of you all (Vaccination or negative Covid-19 test). Healdsburg is in Solano County - Please use this information to do your own research. Please check this tab regularly for updated information as we approach our wedding celebration! Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking all around the venue.

Is there a dress code for the Wedding on Sunday October 10th?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. The venue is an indoor/outdoor venue: cocktail dresses and collard shirts with dinner/sport jackets. Recent Octobers have shown it can be a mixed bag. Be sure to bring some layers just in case.

What is the dress code for Saturday's Welcome Night? (those who are attending)

Answer

We want to keep it casual. Our suggestion would be collared shirts for men and a nice top/dress for women with the options of jeans or a skirt. We will be at a bowling alley/arcade/board game hall. Dress comfortably.

Yes! Be sure to plan accordingly and have a safe way to get home after a night to remember!

What is the "adult beverage" situation looking like?

Answer

There will be red and white wine available throughout the event in addition to beer. There will also a wrap-around bar in this historic venue that will feature two signature cocktails.

What about food?

Answer

After the ceremony, during cocktail hour, there will be passed appetizers along with a placed spread of vegetables. Once the reception begins, each table group will be served dinner by the caterer's staff in a Family Style manner. Each table will get the same assortment of food where each guest will be able to serve themselves. After an option has been emptied, it will be refilled by our awesome caterer.
