Question

COVID-19 Policies

Answer

We ask that everyone please be fully vaccinated against COVID-19- get your booster! Masks will not be required, but please keep your personal health and safety in mind and feel free to wear if desired. As we get closer to the date of the wedding, we will evaluate the need for COVID-19 testing for our guests. If you're feeling sick, please stay home. We'll share photos of our weekend for you to enjoy at a later time!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to capacity limits at the wedding venue, we are not allowing any plus ones on Friday, unless they are included in your invitation. However, your plus one is more than welcome to attend the Welcome Reception and any additional weekend events. Please let us know if you plan to bring a guest to the Welcome Reception or Night Out.

Answer

Dinner will be served family-style at the wedding reception, so there is no need to pre-select your entrée. Main course options will include chicken and a vegetarian risotto.

Question

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Desert Wedding Chic: a festive mix of semi-casual paired with light colors, comfortable for dancing into the night. - Suits and tuxes are not required - No flip flops - Hats are okay if they complement your outfit (no baseball caps, please) - Recommended colors: desert green, beige, sand, black, and white (yes! white is OK) It can get cold in the evening, so bring a sweater or light jacket. The entire event is outdoors.

Will the wedding venue be inside or outside?

Answer

The wedding venue is 100% outdoors. There is no indoor space, except the restrooms and greenroom for the wedding party.

Question

What happens after the wedding reception?

Answer

We may go out to the bars after the reception ends at 10pm, but there is no official event.

Question

What are you doing Saturday and Sunday?

Answer

On Saturday night, we secured dedicated space and bottle service at Chill Bar, a local nightclub. If you’re still in town, please join us for drinks and a dance. It’s indoors only with loud music. We understand if you can’t make it due to COVID concerns. We'll post our plans for the rest of the weekend once we know more if you want to join us. However, we are purposely keeping the schedule light so you can enjoy the desert.

Question

What will the weather be like in Palm Springs?

Answer

March is one of the best months in the desert with temperatures in the 80s to 90s during the day. Bring a light jacket or sweater on the day of the wedding as it could get as cool as 50 after the sun sets.
