This is the only airport in Nashville. Atlanta is a 4 hour drive and Memphis is a 2 1/2 hour drive. Airport is about 20 to 30 mins to hotel based off traffic. We will give update on transportation to and from airport and hotel and hotel to venue. We picked a hotel close to Venue due to it being located outside of city. Please let us know if you will be needing transportation to hotel from airport.

All rooms are to be booked by August 25, 2018. After August 25, 2018 you will be responsible for finding your own rooms. There is shopping and eatery close to hotel. If needing to cancel room please cancel 48 hours by 4pm before arrival date.
