Due to the pandemic, the wedding will be a smaller intimate affair. The wedding and other events will be held outside. We encourage our guests to get vaccinated, and if you are not, please wear a mask to ensure everyone's safety.
In an effort to reduce the impact of our celebration on our earth, we are hoping to employ the principles of reduce, reuse and recycle effectively. We are actively taking an effort to ensure that no waste generated from the event ends up in landfills. Instead, any waste generated directed towards composting or recycling. Our efforts begin right from our choice for wedding invites. In this digital world, we felt it would be apt to opt for an e-invites instead of paper invites. Similarly, at the event you can expect to find eco-friendly alternatives to single use plastics, such as min plastic water bottles and cutlery. But fret not, we have a team helping us to ensure that all the re-usable cutlery and utensils provided are cleaned and sanitized to keep everyone safe.
Your presence at our wedding and prayers for our future is all that we wish for. Many of you will travel long distances to share our wedding day with us, so please do not feel obliged to get us anything else! If you would like to give a gift, we would be grateful if you had a look at our wedding registry. We know it’s not traditional and not the way it’s done, But rather than boxes and bouquets, we’d love a bit of sun.
