Is there a hotel room block for wedding guests?

Answer

Yes! We have a hotel room block for our guests at Sonesta Bee Cave under Kalaparambath-Jacob Wedding. We have a link to book your room under the Travel tab on this website. Please book quickly as the hotel has limited rooms. Reach out to one of us if you have any questions!

What is the best mode of transportation in Austin?

Answer

For our out-of-town guests, we highly recommend getting a rental car or carpooling as navigating Austin without a car may be difficult. We will be providing shuttles during the wedding day for all guests who indicate they need one when they RSVP so please answer those questions accordingly. Otherwise, for the rest of your time if you are staying at Sonesta, they have a trolley that can take you around town within 5 miles of the hotel. Most restaurants, stores, bars, and activities are within this 5 mile radius.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Answer

Yes absolutely! Please answer this question when you RSVP to indicate any dietary restrictions and we will make sure you are taken care of during the reception.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we cannot accommodate people who are not on the guest list. If there is a plus-one listed on your RSVP, you are welcome to bring someone. Otherwise, you may reach out to the couple for any other questions!
