When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request that all guests RSVP by November 1, 2025. Your timely response is greatly appreciated and will help us finalize our preparations to ensure a wonderful celebration for everyone.

May I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation will indicate whether a guest is included. Due to venue capacity and our desire to keep the celebration intimate, we are only able to accommodate those formally listed on the invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and support as we celebrate with our closest family and friends.

Out of respect for our venue, our vision for the day, and to ensure all guests can fully enjoy the evening, we are hosting an adults-only wedding. We understand this may require additional planning, and we truly appreciate your understanding. While we adore your children, we kindly ask that arrangements be made ahead of time.

What is the dress code?

We kindly ask guests to dress in elevated, semi-formal attire—think your Sunday best with a touch of elegance. Dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits, and slacks with a button-up or blazer are all perfect choices. To keep the spotlight on the bridal party and overall décor, we kindly ask that non-family guests refrain from wearing white, navy blue, or silver. We’d love for you to embrace the season by choosing colors that complement the theme—think icy pastels, rich jewel tones, or timeless neutrals—to help us create a beautifully cohesive and celebratory atmosphere.

Yes, we will have assigned seating at the reception to ensure everyone has a comfortable spot and to help the evening flow smoothly. Seating charts will be displayed near the entrance, and our team will be available to assist you in finding your table.

If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP. We’ll do our best to ensure everyone is accommodated!

Will there be dessert? May I bring one to share?

Answer

Yes—cupcakes will be provided as our main dessert. However, if you enjoy baking or have a favorite recipe, we’d love for you to bring a dessert to share. We’ve always loved learning recipes passed down by family and friends, and we’d be honored to include some of your favorites at our celebration. This is entirely optional, but we’ll have a designated table for any additional sweet treats. If you do choose to bring something, please label it with key ingredients for our guests with dietary needs.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes—we will be hosting an open bar to start the evening. Once the tab reaches $2,000, the bar will transition to a cash bar for the remainder of the night. We’re excited to raise a glass with you—please drink responsibly and celebrate safely!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes—complimentary parking is available on-site for all guests. However, please note that the parking lot is limited in size, so carpooling is encouraged to ensure there is enough space for everyone.

What's the weather plan?

Answer

Our wedding will be held indoors, so you can stay cozy and comfortable regardless of the December weather outside. We recommend dressing warmly for travel to and from the venue, but once inside, you’re all set to enjoy the celebration.
