Is everything in the same location?

Answer

Friday night we will have our welcome party in the village of Taos. On Saturday the ceremony and reception will be at the same location, The Phoenix at The Blake Hotel.

Is there parking at the event?

Answer

We will have a shuttle that will pick everyone up at the base of the mountain at the Blake Hotel and bring everyone up to the ceremony/reception space. Shuttle service will begin at at 1 PM.

Is there a shuttle?

Answer

Yes, we will have a shuttle service from the base of the mountain at The Blake to The Phoenix. Service up the mountain will begin at 1PM until the ceremony starts at 3PM. Service down the mountain will begin around 8:30 until 10PM.

Will there be an open bar?

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by December 10th, 2025.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside on a deck. Blankets will be available and a couple fire pits will be lit. The reception will be indoors, with access to the deck.

Is the wedding child free?

Answer

We love your little ones, but for everyone’s comfort (and to let parents enjoy the night), we kindly ask that no children under 5 attend.

Will it be cold?

Answer

Our winter mountain setting is beautiful but brisk — please pack warm layers, a coat, and sturdy shoes so you’ll be cozy and comfortable all weekend.

Will I get altitude sickness.

Answer

Our venue sits at a high elevation, so here are a few tips to help you feel your best: - Hydrate well before and during your visit (water is your best friend!) - Take it easy when you first arrive — give your body time to adjust - Pack layers — mountain weather can change quickly If you’re sensitive to altitude, consider talking to your doctor before the trip. We can’t wait to share this breathtaking spot with you — literally! 😉

Can I go skiing/snowboarding?

Answer

Yes! Please feel free to enjoy the slopes or go snow-shoeing in the wilderness! The resort or local shops can rent any equipment you need!
