Question
How do we get to the wedding?
Answer
We have listed the location of the wedding on the invitations and our wedding website. If you choose to stay at one Running Aces there will be a shuttle service to bring you to and from the wedding venue. There is no shuttle from or Country Inn and Suites. If you choose to drive yourself, there is a large parking lot, however, cars can’t stay overnight so please plan accordingly and plan a safe drive ahead of time.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 p.m. We ask that everyone arrives by 3:30 so we can start on time. There is a small 2 to 3 minute walk and/or ride to the ceremony from the parking lot.

Will the wedding be outside?
Answer
Nope! The ceremony will be indoors. However, there is a large outdoor patio for cocktail hour. This will be followed by an indoor reception.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We would love to see our family and friends dress up! We are requesting a semi-formal attire. This includes mid/floor length dresses or pantsuits for women, and collared shirts and/or suits for men. Please no jeans. Please feel free to wear any color other than white! The bridesmaids will be in dusty blue. Please keep in mind the property has grass, concrete and some rock terrain.

Is there an open bar?
Answer
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Please plan a safe ride if you plan to drink! Drinks will include beer, wine, seltzers, hard liquor, pop and water

When should we RSVP by?
Answer
To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your invitation. Please RSVP no later than April 12th.

Can I bring a guest/date?
Answer
If you received a plus one, your guest’s name will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

Are kids invited?

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children invited.

Should we bring a gift or money?
Answer
We appreciate you all, and are not expecting anything in return for our wedding. We have created a registry through Amazon, listed on our wedding website if you would like to get us a gift. If you choose to buy an item off of this list, it will get sent to us directly.

Is there a reception?
Answer
Yes! A cocktail hour will immediately follow the ceremony and will lead into the reception. Dinner will be provided.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Absolutely! Reach out to Kelsey or Connor with any concerns. Our meal will have gluten free and kid options available upon request. When it is time for dinner, just let the staff know! No pre planning is needed!
