My BFF/sister/roommate/sands/baby momma-lol; I met Laurecia August 1997 in A Hr Algebra at Renaissance High School. We have literally grown up and done life together, every major moment she has been there and vice versa. We are literally "frick" and "frack"; you would rarely see one without the other, especially around the campus of our beloved alma mater, MSU-Go Green! I could not imagine my life without her and am blessed to have her standing by my side (once again)on one of the most special days of my life.

We bonded over the fact that we moved away from home and needed someone to trust and confide in. When I moved to St. Louis we still remained friends and I’m very thankful for that. When Erica met Aaron, I knew that something was different. She liked him and liked him a lot. I am honored that I get to take part in this special day. The relatively awesome daughter of the groom & about to be the most awesome bonus daughter of the bride. I remember meeting Erica after one of my track meets & instantly, me being a 12 year old kid, asked my dad “Is she your girlfriend?” Of course, it completely threw my dad off. I thought to myself “He’s my dad he can’t hide anything from me especially his feelings. He obviously likes her!” I enjoyed going out on adventures with them & seeing them grow not only as individuals but them together. There has been too many ups & downs to count leading up to this day, but God had a bigger plan in mind for my daddy & Erica. I always say “What’s meant to be will happen and what the universe sees fit, will be.” They have made it this far, but still have forever to go. I love you guys!

My second OLDEST brother. I have memories of him giving me my first fade haircut to him taking me to get my ear pierced in the 4th grade. He has taught me a lot about life overall. As the youngest brother watching, I learned how to go to work every day and be responsible for your mistakes as well as your successes. Honestly, I can't remember him ever misleading me. He taught me how to dribble with my left hand and how to see the whole court, as well as the whole picture in life. Those are things you can never put a price tag on and I thank him for that. After my dad passed away in 1991, it was him that I looked at for life examples. Not always perfect but he always showed me that I mattered. That love help mold my confidence that I have now. I will forever be grateful for that.

The third OLDEST of the brothers. Each of my brothers taught me life lessons growing up. My brother taught me street smarts and all that other stuff you can't learn in a book. He is responsible for me being so critical when it comes hip-hop music, lol. I was introduced to NWA through him lol. All my brothers could play basketball growing up. I can honestly say he was instant offense! If he shot it and missed, he would somehow position himself to be in the right spot to grab his own rebound and score. He taught me how to be in the right spots not only on the court, but also in life. I have learned through his mistakes as well as his accomplishments, rebounding from adversity. Because of him, I can say with confidence that I have those intangibles in life and I thank him.
