Ceremony Rehearsal

Our venue holds the ceremony rehearsal the day of the wedding and typically lasts 15-20 minutes. The wedding party, parents and grandparents of the bride and groom should be present to practice.

Our ceremony will be under the Grand Pavilion, where Neoclassic columns frame panoramic views of the city and the Schuylkill majestically flowing over Fairmount Dam. Doors open at 5:00 PM. Champagne will be offered as you enter to take your seat!
Cocktail Hour-and-a-Half
6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Following the ceremony, cocktails and hors d'oeuvres will be served in the Engine House to the left of the Grand Pavilion. Enjoy one of our signature cocktails under the tented Veranda that overlooks the river!

To the right of the Grand Pavilion, we will hold our reception in the Mill House Deck. Enjoy dinner and dessert from our award-winning menu under the designer tenting. Bust a move on the dancefloor while listening to our band, Modern Luxe.
