Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be starting at 3:30pm. We kindly request that you arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to ensure we stay on schedule. Please allow extra time for parking, as it may be limited. In the event of late arrival after the ceremony has begun, we ask that you wait until the ceremony has concluded before entering, at which point you are welcome to join us at the reception.

What should I wear?

Answer

We would be delighted to have our friends and family join us in dressing up for the occasion! We kindly request semi-formal attire for the event. For women, any semi-formal outfit of choice is welcomed. For men, we suggest a button-up shirt, dress pants or khakis, and a suit jacket if preferred. We kindly ask that jeans and shorts be avoided. Additionally, we respectfully request that guests refrain from wearing colors traditionally associated with the bride, such as white, ivory, or cream.

Our Venue

Answer

Our celebration will be held on the upper floor of Codes Mill on the Park. For guests requiring accessibility, an elevator is available and will be operated by an attendant. Weather permitting, we invite guests to join us outside for photos following the ceremony. The rest of the evening's festivities will take place indoors.

There is a paid parking lot located behind our venue, along with plenty of street parking available throughout the town of Perth. Please note that parking is free in Perth after 5:00 PM. https://www.perth.ca/living-here/parking/

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

There is a bar at our venue. Dinner is on us, drinks are on you. If this interests you, please make sure to plan accordingly.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony ?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged wedding ceremony, as we have talented photographers to capture all the special moments. Following the ceremony, we welcome and encourage guests to take photos throughout the rest of the celebration!

Can I bring a date/ my children?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are specifically invited on your wedding invitation. Each invitation will clearly indicate the names of any children who are included. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a wonderful evening out!
