Anna and I have a story that goes back further than most know, and further than we knew when we first started dating. Anna and I officially met at Showmars in Monroe. I was dating someone else and she was focused on school so we didn’t start dating then. I eventually left that job but I always kept the memories that I had with Anna. She was a caring, hardworking, fun person, with a personality that was bigger than life. A few years down the road Anna (after thoroughly stalking my Facebook) decided it was time to reach out to an old friend, I’m so glad she did, because messages turned into dates and dates turned into long conversations on the phone. During these conversations we noticed some interesting ways our paths had crossed. My mother had worked with Anna's grandmother and mother at Rehabilitation Center of Monroe. I was there at night while Anna came with her mom by day...Recently while going on vacation with Anna's family, I realized that we had spent time at the exact same mountain retreat as kids. A few months passed and I asked Anna to marry me. I’m glad she said yes and I'm also glad we get to share our special day with all of you. So, this is Anna now and I will give my rendition of our love story (ooh la la). Matt and I did have many crossed paths and I am so thankful that God put it on my heart to message him and see how he was doing. Matt is the most caring and sweetest guy I have ever met and we are so blessed to be able to unite for a lifetime! I remember when Matt was saved and baptized. I saw a new light in him, what a great day that was! I also remember the Underwood family reunion where I was able to meet all the family and I felt like I was at home. These are just some of my fond memories with Matt and I am so excited for more! Sharing my life with Matt is truly a gift and blessing. Thank you all for sharing our wedding day with us and we hope each and every one of you feel at home and have a great time! We love y'all! :)
