What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Saturday April 12th. You can RSVP on this website--just look at the top of the screen.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm. You are welcome to get to the venue as early as 3:00pm. We recommend you arrive by 3:45pm at the latest in order to give you time to find a seat.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes parking is available on site. For those with limited mobility there will be golf carts to take you from your car to the wedding ceremony and then to the reception area after. There will also be a shuttle available to get guest to and from the hotel.

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes, we have blocked rooms at Residence Inn by Marriott Akron Fairlawn for Friday May 9th and Saturday May 10th. Will there be transportation from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes, we will have a shuttle that will take guest from the hotel to the venue and back. The shuttle will take guest to the venue from the hotel from approximately 3:00-3:45. We request the guest who are checking in the night before take the early shuttle to allow for our guest who are checking in the day of to take the later shuttles. The shuttle will return guest to the hotel starting at 10:00pm. If you feel you may need to leave the venue sooner than this we would recommend driving yourself to the venue.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie or a sports coat. Also, weather permitting our ceremony will be taking place outside on a grassy field. So ladies, please keep this in mind when choosing your footwear. The reception will be inside.

The weather in Cleveland in the spring can vary greatly. We recommend you bring layers in case it gets cold.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list. Our celebration is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have a selection of beer, wine, and some signature drinks.

Can I take pictures during the wedding?

Answer

Yes, you are welcome to take pictures, but we kindly ask that you refrain from doing so during the ceremony. We would love for everyone to be fully present in the moment. At all other times, feel free to take photos and share them with us! Just please be mindful of the professional photographer and avoid getting in their way. Thank you for understanding!
