Question

How is parking?

Answer

Raleigh, NC: There are 3 parking decks close to Jiddi. Wilmington Station Parking Deck (enter on S Wilmington St or S Blount St) & Alexander Square Parking Deck (enter on S Wilmington St) are the closest, and Moore Square Parking Deck (enter on S Wilmington St) is about a block away. Alexander Square Parking Deck has a $12 daily rate, and Wilmington Station and Moore Square Parking Decks are $1/30 minutes and free after 5:00 PM. Seattle, WA: The Canal offers 42 free parking spaces which is UNHEARD of in Seattle and a great amenity! We do ask that, if you're willing and able, you would consider carpool or rideshare to get to the venue since the lot won't fit all cars. There are also a couple of pay lots nearby and street parking available in the Ballard neighborhoods.

Question

What is the Celebration of the Newlyweds?

Answer

In an effort to be able to celebrate with ALL of our loved ones, we are splitting the festivities to both coasts. The official ceremony will be in North Carolina but we are throwing a disco themed after party on October 5th when we’re back in Seattle. The Save the Date and Invitation you receive will have the details to which date(s) your presence is requested at.

Question

Can I bring a friend?

Answer

We ask that all guests please respect the time we're spending planning these events ahead of time by not bringing any surprise guests that we haven't accounted for.

Question

What is “Disco Cocktail” attire?

Answer

Sequins! Glitter! Metallics! Fringe! Break out the lurex and, when in doubt, all black always looks good! Have fun with it, but no costumes! For a visual aid, please reference the videos and images on Dress Code section of our website.

Question

Are children welcome at any of the events?

Answer

We hope you'll understand the importance of not exceeding the max occupancy our venues can hold. Please only bring your children if their name is on the invitation or your invitation is addressed with the word "family." We love all of your kids and hope to catch up with them soon!

Question

What should I wear for my “Sunday Best?”

Answer

Think about what you would wear if you were going to a church service with your entire family. We want our guests to be comfortable but we also kindly request no jeans, shorts, sneakers, flip flops, polos, or t-shirts. If you need a visual aid, please reference the photos at the bottom of the Dress Code section of our website.
