Parking at the ferry

If you plan to take the ferry to Nantucket, please be sure to arrive early to park. Both the Steamship and the Hyline have parking lots near their docks ranging from $25 - $30 per day. A limited number of spots in the on-site lots are available to reserve in advance with your ferry reservation, while the rest are saved for day-of-sailing purchase. On the day of sailing, on-site parking is only sold from the ferry terminal.

If you decide you want to have a car while on Nantucket, note that it can be very challenging to secure a ferry reservation to bring your own car over to the island. There are several car rental companies on Nantucket to choose from. There will be transportation to & from the reception at Sankaty Head Golf Club on the day of the wedding.
