Our story is anything but storybook, but we will still get our "happily ever after"... We met in the summer of 2011 through our mutual friend Levi. We had many similar interests and chatted regularly for several years. We grew close as friends and it seemed that we were always seeing different people. Then, at the end of 2017 we were both single and we began dating. We knew that it was meant to be fairly quickly, and were engaged on September 29th, 2018!

Dan went with his dad to look at rings... AKA, buy the ring he already knew I wanted. I knew what they were out doing, and since I am impatient I wanted to see it right away! He didn't want to ruin the moment, and we were running late for a party- But as I headed for the door he called me back and I turned around to him down on one knee and asking me to be his wife! Of course, I said yes :)

On November 1st, we announced that we were excited to grow our family by two tiny feet- We are pregnant! On December 19th, we found out we are having a little boy - to be named Milo. Milo was born healthy on May 8th, 2019.

We were able to get the venue that we wanted for the weekend that we wanted, August 24th, 2019. Invites will be sent out soon! (Having a newborn cut into my "plan my wedding" time quite significantly, ha) The wedding and reception will be at the Ramkota Best Western Convention Center in Rapid City with Minerva’s catering, at 4 o'clock in the evening. The ceremony will also be held here, in the room next door to the reception (in the Pactola Room). The Reception will follow next door in the Sylvan I & II rooms.
