Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 4:00pm-4:15pm. The ceremony will promptly begin at 4:30pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we adore your children, we’ve elected to limit our ceremony and reception to adults only.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the capacity limits of our ceremony and venue, we can only accommodate those who were addressed on the invitation.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking for the ceremony and reception. The venue allows cars to remain overnight if they are picked up in the morning.

Dress code?

Answer

We recommend cocktail attire! The ceremony will be taking place outdoors on the grass and the cocktail/reception will take place indoors. If wearing heals, block/wedge are recommended.

Transportation

Answer

There will be optional transportation from the AC Hotel Portsmouth/Downtown Waterfront Hotel to and from the reception. This will be on a first come first serve basis. The venue is an easy Uber from surrounding hotels as well. Pick up time: 3:40pm at the AC Hotel. Pick up time: 10:00pm at the Waterfront at The Elks to return to the AC Hotel.
