Question
Will it be open or cash bar?
Answer
OPEN BAR! Please come ready to celebrate and enjoy refreshments with friends and family. We will be offering beer, wine, and cocktails. Please be responsible and have a ride if needed.

Is there a hotel block?
Answer
There is not a hotel block. If you do need to stay in a hotel we recommend the Best Western in Brazil, IN. It is about 15 minutes from the venue.

July is HOT, how will we stay cool?!

WE GOT YOU. There will be a/c provided in the tent area so everyone should be able to stay nice and comfy while we celebrate!

Are the ceremony and reception in the same place?
Answer
Yes. The ceremony will be taking place in the woods right by the reception tent.

What time will the live band be playing?
Answer
The band is scheduled to begin around 7pm and will play until 11pm with a break in the middle of the performance.

Where should we plan to park?
Answer
The golf course will be open for normal operations, so parking may be tight! Please feel free to park along the drive, in the grass lot behind the house on the left of the entrance, and if needed we may open parking at the barn across the street. If this is the case we will be setting up a sign. We will have a shuttle for guests to ride to the location of the wedding.

Why can't I find my name in the search for the RSVP?
Answer
Please search by last name if your invitation was addressed "Mr & Mrs". If you search by first and last name it will not pull your name as the list populated to match our address list.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Dress code is garden party attire (we aren't picky!). It is going to be hot, so please feel free to wear comfy sundresses, skirts, capris or nice golf shorts with a collared shirt (polos welcome). This isn't the office, so bring your sandals!

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We'd sure appreciate it if you could get your RSVP in by June 1st. This will ensure we can adequately plan for the right amount of people.
