At 7:00pm the shuttle will pick up from the Renaissance Hotel to depart to Gideon Welles. At 8:00pm, the event begins. At 10:00pm, the shuttle will depart from Gideon Welles to the Renaissance Hotel.

September 27, 2025 3:45 pm - 10:30 pm
At 3:45pm, shuttle will be on site at the Renaissance Hotel. At 4:00pm shuttle will depart for the Community House. At the end of the night, one shuttle will depart from the Community House to the Renaissance Hotel around 10:30pm.

We have reserved a room block for our out of town guests at the Renaissance (Northbrook), less than 10 minutes away from our venue. Rooms are available for both Friday and Saturday night. Please click below to book your room! You can book through this link up until 8/26.
