Johnny has been Michael’s “ride or die” since day one. Always referred to as “Johnny Howard’s little brother,” there has been no one better to follow their footsteps in life. Always the life of the party, Johnny was there the night Michael and Zach first met (had he not been in town that evening, the two probably wouldn’t have met).

Michael met Caitlyn at UIndy in 2009. Now both fellow high school theatre/Thespian directors, these two know how to push their students to their full potential!
Jimmy Cox

As fellow Theta Chi brothers from different chapters, Zach and Jimmy first met each other at a fraternity/sorority leadership event during summer 2007. Friends ever since, the two would eventually work together traveling for Theta Chi IHQ.
Davin Howell Spidel

One of Michael's favorite teacher colleagues/friends, Davin came to teach at Franklin Central in fall 2018. These two were inseparable and "double the trouble" at all times during Michael's tenure at FC.
Joe Ivancic

Joe and Zach first met in fall 2006 at Missouri State while pledging Theta Chi. They would go on be elected to the Theta Chi Chapter Executive Board together, along with serving as orientation leaders and University Ambassadors during their time at MO State.
Christian Condra

Christian was one one of Michael's first round of theatre students at Franklin Central (and he didn't even know he was interested in it until he came to see the first musical Michael directed). Full of creative talent, Christian is now a close friend and has remained very involved in the Indy theatre scene.
Dana Ivancic

Dana and Zach have known each other since fall 2006 at Missouri State. They were co-moderators of the Parent Panel at Orientation and involved with University Ambassadors together. Additionally, both were based in Indy when Dana traveled for her sorority while Zach traveled for Theta Chi!
Kylie Welker

Kylie and Michael met in 2009 at UIndy. Fellow theatre students, Michael and Kylie have always been friends who "pick up right where they left off" since Kylie now lives in the Chicagoland area.
Tony Fiorello

Tony is also one of Zach's pledge brothers at Missouri State. Friends since fall 2006, Tony would also go on to serve with Zach on the Theta Chi Chapter Executive Board.
Vince Burton

Michael and Vince have been friends since Michael moved back to Indy in 2015. While Vince enjoys attending Broadway shows with both Michael and Zach, Michael gladly lets Vince go watch "sportsball" with Zach whenever he wants to do so!
