When should I RSVP by?

What COVID-19 protocols will be in place?

Answer

Vaccinated guests are not required to wear masks, however, face coverings must be worn if guests need to step indoors and while riding in the golf cart. The Arboretum requires all staff to wear a mask indoors and if in close quarters to anyone while outside. All guidelines may change as per state and city regulations.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal - suits or sport coats and cocktail or floor length dresses are all welcome. Let's get fancy, but not so fancy that you can't get down on the dance floor!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The wedding will start promptly at 6:00 pm. We recommend an early arrival so that you may enjoy the beautiful grounds of the Arboretum before the ceremony. Please allow plenty of time for travel as Philadelphia traffic during this time of day is heavy and highly unpredictable and the ceremony location is a 5 minute walk from the parking lot. Guests are welcome to arrive beginning at 5:00 pm after the gardens have closed to the public.

What address should we use if arriving by ride share?

Answer

If you are using ride shares, please give your driver the following street address 100 E. Northwestern Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19118, or you will be dropped off at the wrong side of property. If using ride share at end of the night, please call 30 minutes prior to end of party.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No one loves children more than Isaac and Jen, but let's make it an adults-only night.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please indicate your dietary restrictions in the space provided when you RSVP on the wedding website.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will provide transportation from the hotel to the ceremony departing around 4:45 pm and back to the hotel at the end of the night after the reception. For guests who wish to drive, parking will be available at the Arboretum.
