The Wedding venue! We have reserved a block with a variety of room types (listed below). Mansion Wing Guests Rooms - These are in the main resort with access to all amenities, including the private beach. There is a three night minimum and rates are $545 Thursday/$ Friday/$650 Saturday/$650. Arbor One Bedroom Villas - Located in The Villages, across the street from the main resort, these one bedroom villas have access to amenities including pools, tennis, and golf. Guests staying in the Villages do not have access to the private beach on the Mansion side of the property, but shuttles to Brewster town beaches are available. There is a two night minimum and rates are $355 Friday/$425 Saturday. Britterige One Bedroom Villas - Located in The Villages, across the street from the main resort, these one bedroom villas have access to amenities including pools, tennis, and golf. Guests staying in the Villages do not have access to the private beach on the Mansion side of the property, but shuttles to Brewster town beaches are available. There is a two night minimum and rates are $385 Friday/$455 Saturday.

15 minute drive to Ocean Edge Resort We have secured a 10% off best available rate discount at the Four Points by Sheraton. This rate is based off of the standard selling rate at the hotel, which will fluctuate over time. Minimum stay requirements may also be in effect depending on demand at the time of booking.
