Please RSVP by Friday, August 13, so we can give final numbers to the restaurant and make sure there are enough hotel rooms for all our guests. Any rooms in our block that have not been booked by our guests by August 25 will be released back to the general public, so please call the hotel to book your room BEFORE August 25. However, you will want to book your hotel room as soon as possible, and definitely before March 16 because the hotels cannot hold the rooms after that date and will have to release them to the general public.
Sorry, one of the items we had to flexible on in order to get our wedding back in the books for 2021 was children (except, of course, our nieces and nephews who are in our wedding party). So we are asking that you leave your kids at home, and bring your Party Pants instead! We really hope you can understand.
No, you are welcome to stay wherever you want. We reserved a room block at The Eagle Inn because it is a cute, historic hotel near the harbor and most of our guests wanted to stay at the same hotel as everyone else. But of course, if you would like to stay elsewhere, go right ahead! I can provide other hotel recommendations if you would like, just email or text me at smith_jennifer_ann@yahoo.com or 408-476-7477
This is going to be a very low-key wedding so there's not really much to rehearse, but since all of our guests will be coming in from out of town, we have picked a casual spot for anyone who wants to mingle the night before the wedding. We have reserved some space at Brass Bear Brewery right in the heart of the Funk Zone. Please see the "Schedule" page of our website for more details.
There are complete instructions on the "Travel" page of this website, but the bottom line is you'll need to call The Eagle Inn BEFORE August 25.
