On the day of Taylor's graduation party, while she was getting her hair done, Austin decorated the home with rose petals and photos lining the walls. The photos were in chronological order and dated back from when Austin and Taylor first met. He waited patiently, and not nervous whatsoever, for Taylor to return home and see this surprise. When Taylor arrived, he led her through the house, occasionally stopping to look at the different photos of their many adventures. Once out in the backyard, a hidden camera was already placed and Austin had his moment to shine. He gave a beautiful speech that brought her to tears and then got down on one knee. After she said yes, Taylor's parents emerged from the garage and they all celebrated the proposal. Soon after, Austin's parents and the rest of their family and friends arrived to join in on the celebrations!

Despite growing up within a few mile radius of each other and attending all the same schools from kindergarten to junior college, Austin and Taylor met through their mutual friends. On their first date, Austin took Taylor out to an Italian dinner, frozen yogurt, and the movies. Little did he know, he would be taking her out on this exact same date many times for "date night" over the course of the next five years. Austin and Taylor have supported each other through multiple graduations, new jobs, buying a house together, and now planning their dream wedding. Austin graduated from CSUN in 2022 and has been working for Sunkist Growers as a sales representative for about two years. Taylor graduated from the University of La Verne and started her career as a school psychologist at Canyon High School. They recently celebrated their five year anniversary in September 2023 and have just bought their first house together. Together, they have enjoyed traveling to many amazing destinations across the United States and even out of the country. Whether its snowboarding in Utah or sipping a fruity drink in Cancun, they always have fun in their adventures together. They are excited to tie the knot in September and become Mr. and Mrs. Dulaney!
