What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at 5pm. The ceremony will start at 5:30pm sharp! If you arrive earlier than 5pm, feel free to grab a drink at Pizzeria Vetri or Terrain Cafe.

It's April...your guess is as good as ours! :) But if history repeats itself... 4/18/24 - 53 degrees, partly cloudy 4/18/23 - 59 degrees 4/18/22 - 45 degrees, light rain 4/18/21 - 63 degrees, a tad cloudy 4/18/20 - 48 degrees, some clouds & windy

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, Transportation from Hotel West & Main will be provided by Sterling Limo Services. 2 buses will leave at 4:30 from Hotel West & Main to Terrain Gardens. Bus trips from Terrain Gardens to Hotel West and Main will be start at 11:00 pm and return again if needed.

1897 Social at Hotel West and Main will stay open until 1:00 am. Some lite snacks will be provided
