Wedding Shuttles from Resort at Squaw Creek and Squaw Valley Lodge to West Shore Cafe

Shuttles will pick up from both hotels and drive guests to West Shore Cafe and deliver back to the hotels after the reception wraps at 10 PM. Shuttle schedule: Note: MASKS REQUIRED ON SHUTTLES. Please be outside at 2 PM for both the Lodge and the Resort to ensure you do not miss the shuttles :) 2:30 PM Pick up the Lodge to West Shore Cafe 2:30 PM - Pick up @ The Resort to West Shore Cafe 8:30 PM - Early shuttle departing from West Shore back to the Lodge and the Resort 10 PM - Final Departure from West Shore back to the Lodge and the Resort

The Resort at Squaw Creek is an amazing hotel to stay in! Located in Squaw Valley, there is so much to do on property! There will be shuttle transport to/from the ceremony at West Shore Cafe. This room block is full. Guests can book here for full price or book block rate at Squaw Valley Lodge.

This is a great option to stay in, also located in Squaw Valley within Squaw Village. The Village has tons of options for restaurants, shopping, and spa! Shuttles will pick guests up from this location for the wedding at West Shore Cafe. Room block is under Smith/Caulfield wedding. Travel Note

Airport Info

The closest airports are Reno, NV and Sacramento, CA. Reno is approx 1 hour 15 minutes to Squaw Valley, and Sacramento is approx 2 hours (depending on traffic). SFO is another option and is about a 4 hour drive from Tahoe if you want the road trip experience, or perhaps are planning to swing through wine country before/after the weekend! We recommend renting a car so that you have access to all the Tahoe activities during the weekend and for getting to/from airports!

If you would like to rent a house, there are great options in Tahoe! We recommend staying in Squaw Valley, West Shore or close to Tahoe City to be close to wedding activities.
