What are the COVID restrictions ?

Two Options: Each guest will require a PCR test and email it to Allisonmarysmith13@gmail.com 72 hours prior to June 19th, 2021 to attend the event - including phone number, birth date and email. Or A copy of your vaccine card needs to be emailed to Allisonmarysmith13@gmail.com ASAP- including phone number, birth date and email.
