How do I RSVP?

Answer

Once formal invitations are sent out, a RSVP tab on this website will appear. To RSVP, you will click the 'RSVP' tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope.

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes! There will be parking at the venue site, as well as handicapped for those who need it!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on your invitation. For example, if you have a plus one, your address will be listed as "Mr/Miss XYZ and Guest". Also, when you RSVP and type in your name, you will see there if you can have a plus one. We want everyone to share in the celebration and this will ensure that we are surrounded by our close friends and family. We hope you understand.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us. Our dress code is cocktail attire. The ceremony will be outdoors and our reception will be partly indoors/partly outdoors- please dress accordingly! Please no jeans and avoid wearing colors traditionally saved for the bride.

What time should we arrive?

Answer

We advise guests to arrive 15-20 minutes before our ceremony. Once the precession begins, late guests will be asked to wait to enter until after the ceremony begins.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope you understand that children are only invited if named on the invitation. You will see this reflected when you go to RSVP. Only children in the wedding and a few others will be attending- take advantage of this date night!

Can I take pictures throughout the ceremony?

We will be having an 'unplugged' ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this special moment, please allow her to work her magic! During the cocktail hour and reception, please feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like.

How does seating work?

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating, so please sit wherever you please; however, please allow for immediate family to have the first few aisles. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with who they know.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! An open beer/wine bar provided by the bride and groom will be available for our guests. The bar will open during cocktail hour and be open until 9:30pm. Our lovely bartender would appreciate cash tips!

What colors are the bridal party wearing?

Answer

The bridesmaids will be wearing a burnt orange color and the groomsmen will be wearing navy.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift to?

Answer

The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to gift us something, our registry tab is located at the top of our website.
