Our story began in Spring 2018 at the University of North Georgia. We were both in the same class, though neither of us made a move right away. Daniel, always a bit cautious, didn't want to risk asking Camille out while the semester was still underway—just in case the date didn’t go as planned. However, Camille technically made the first move when she asked him if he "wanted a kiss for good luck" before their final exam and then handed him her favorite study treat: dark chocolate Hershey Kisses. Even after that, Daniel waited another week before finally asking her out. As fate would have it, we discovered we had another class together over the summer semester, but we decided to go on a date anyway. After our first date at Montaluce Winery, we found ourselves talking for hours in Daniel’s car, parked in front of Camille's house, listening to music and sharing stories until 2 in the morning—when Daniel almost ran out of gas and had to call it a night. It was just the beginning of something much more than either of us expected. From that moment on, we’ve been inseparable, building a love that started with a simple question and grew into a lifelong journey.
