This hotel is just under 2 miles from the American Legion and where Brett and I will be staying after the reception. We have a block of 20 double queen rooms reserved for $160 and a block of 10 king suites reserved for $180. The rooms will be available for the following dates: 6/27, 6/28 and 6/29. Call the number provided and ask for the ‘Sweithelm Wedding’ rate. This rate will be available until 5/27/19.

The Holiday Inn is about 8 miles from the American Legion. We have reserved a block of 15 double queen rooms and 15 king suites for $112. The rooms will be available for the following dates: 6/27, 6/28 and 6/29. This rate will be available until 5/24/19.

Transportation to Venue

We recommend, if possible, using Lyft or UBER to get to the venue from your accomodations. We will have a few parking spots but it is mostly street parking and can be hard to find.

John Wayne Airport, Orange County (SNA)

This is the closest airport to the venue. Small and easy to navigate. Usually more expensive than LAX.

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)

Large airport and you will probably find the best price for your flight. Furthest from the venue and requires traveling on freeways.

Long Beach Airport (LGB)

Another small and easy to navigate airport. Flight prices tend to be higher than LAX. Direct flights available through JetBlue. Closer to the venue than LAX. You won't necessarily need to use freeways to get to your accommodations.
