We met through a mutual co-worker while Michael was employed at Weis in Salem Fields. After our first nervous conversation and several dates later we were inseparable. Having both gone to high school in Spotsylvania county and living only 15 miles away from each other it's hard to believe our paths never crossed.

Michael spent weeks searching for the perfect ring and at last when he found the right one, he had to sneak it into the apartment behind a huge watermelon. Two days went by while he waited for the perfect time to pop the question. On the afternoon he proposed, it was unplanned and he had to run into the bedroom to grab the ring from his gym bag after asking me. From that moment on we knew we were going to spend the rest of our lives together and life couldn't get any better!
