TRANSPORTATION ON WEDDING DAY

Answer

You are welcome to drive to Powder River Ranch for the wedding. Please carpool to facilitate parking, if possible. Please arrive by 4:15 as the ceremony begins promptly at 4:30. A shuttle between the Bronze Buffalo Ranch Lodge and Powder River Ranch will be provided on wedding day. Pick-up and drop-off location will be the BBR round-about (by the Grill and ProShop). Shuttle capacity is 15 people. Schedule is below. PLEASE DO NOT WAIT FOR THE LAST SHUTTLE as it can't fit everyone! -3:20 -3:40 -4:00 Return Shuttles will be continuous 9:30pm-12:30am.

Are Kids Invited?

Answer

A number of pre-wedding activities will be most enjoyed by adults and are not well suited to young kids. But if leaving the kids at home is not an option, then by all means, bring them along! Local childcare options will be available. Bailey and Matt request that the ceremony and reception be adults only.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Jackson Hole (JAC) is the closest airport (50 min from Victor) and typically the best option. Idaho Falls (IDA) is 75 min away and has fewer flights, but may be worth checking. Salt Lake City is a little over 4 hours away.

Do I Need a Rental Car?

Answer

Ubers are in short supply in Teton Valley and Jackson Hole (sometimes there are none) so renting a car is recommended. But sharing a car with a group is totally feasible! We are happy to connect you with other guests if needed, just ask!
