Tim and Katie met online! After seeing on her profile that she was also from the Mitten Tim quickly sent Katie a message. After weeks of texting all day long Katie surprised Tim by video calling Tim on FaceBook. After that call they spent almost everyday Skyping each other, spending an average 4 hours talking during the week and sometimes spent 6-8 hours on the weekend just talking. Weeks turned into months talking for hours while Katie fit in attend full time classes at Southern Utah University, and Tim work on base at Mildenhall (England), the 8 hour time zone difference didn’t faze them! Eventually Tim separated from the military and in June of 2016, 8 months after that first message they met for the first time at the Chicago airport. After that they were inseparable, and the rest is history!
