The venue is a tent situated in the backyard, which will feature full flooring throughout. Please note to access the tent, you will walk across grass. Lighting will be provided inside the tent to accommodate the evening festivities. The reception will take place in the tent regardless of weather conditions, including rain.
When you arrive, you'll see signs and parking cards to guide you. If you're facing the house, designated parking is on the driveway easement to the left side of the house along the tree line. It's the first left before our house driveway.
The requested attire is business casual or cocktail attire. For women, anything from sundresses, maxi dresses, skirts, to tea length, long dresses or dress pants. For men, anything from dress pants, khakis, button down shirts with collar but no necktie to suits. Whatever you are most comfortable in. Also, the tented area will have flooring but the walk to the tent area will be grass. Kindly note that the bride will be wearing her wedding gown, and family members will be dressed in cocktail attire.
Cocktail hour will begin at 5:30 PM, featuring food and drinks. The reception will commence at 6:15 PM. Please arrive before 6:15 PM to enjoy passed hors d'oeuvres and beverages. Once seated at your table, please relax and enjoy dinner, drinks, dancing, and an evening of celebration.
Cocktail hour will feature live music by Laura Cashman. Following this, we will have our first dance, along with the father/daughter and mother/son dances. Afterward, the dance floor will be open for the remainder of the evening. Bring your dance moves! Song requests are warmly welcomed!
Yes, hors d'oeuvres will be served during cocktail hour as well as dinner. A variety of beverages will be available, including non-alcoholic options such as sodas, juices, and water, alongside alcoholic selections featuring Endhardt Winery wines, local craft beers, and spirits.
