*Buffalo, New York* I was new working day shift at Sister’s Hospital while Alex was working night shift. Alex would try to talk to me in the mornings when I would come in for my shift as he was getting ready to finish his shift but grumpy morning Amanda was not having it. One night I was out with some girl friends and I ran into Alex and his brother Elliot at Exchange (not sure how my friends drag me in there). Next thing I know I was hugging my co worker in the Jim’s steak out line at 4am and the rest is history.

*Banff, Canada* We had a big trip to Banff planned and what better way than to get engaged on the top of a beautiful mountain overlooking the bluest water you could ever see. 4 hours of hiking up a hill listening to all of Zach Bryan on the verge of passing out was made all worth it once we got to the top of that mountain. Little bee hive was not so little as we were all relieved to finally get to the top. I was a little more relieved because I was finally gonna ask the love of my life to be by my side for eternity. The turkey sub was great after as well.
