We went to the same high school, but somehow never really crossed paths. Years later, fate (and Instagram) stepped in when he messaged me out of the blue. After talking for a while, I finally agreed to go on a date — and instead of something fancy, our first date was a homemade spaghetti dinner at my place. We talked, listened to music, and laughed… until the night ended with my roommate’s cat throwing up in a literal circle on the floor. Not exactly the romantic ending you picture — but somehow, it felt right. After that night, it just seemed like he never left my side. We went on more dates — bowling, a pumpkin patch, long walks, and lots of time just getting to know each other. We showed each other our favorite shows, discovered new ones together, and eventually fell deep into our shared love of the world of Westeros. Now, not much has changed — and we love it that way. Our days are filled with occasional dates, movie nights, favorite shows, and simply being together, even if we’re doing absolutely nothing. From a message, to spaghetti, to a very memorable cat incident, we found something real — and we can’t wait to celebrate it with all of you.
