When should I RSVP by?

By March 1, 2026, please! Just click on the RSVP page on this website and follow the prompts. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

What should I wear?

Answer

For Friday night Welcome Drinks: Cocktail dresses or dressy separates; suits or blazers. Drinks will be hosted primarily outdoors (barring rain). For the wedding: Black-Tie. Long gowns or formal cocktail dresses; tuxes or dark formal suits. Please note that Napa temperatures can drop in the evenings.

Is there transportation to and from the wedding?

Answer

Yes, if you are staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites (see Travel and Hotels page), we will provide shuttle service to and from the wedding.

What time should I arrive at the wedding?

Answer

Please arrive at the Garden House at Stanly Ranch by 4pm for light refreshments. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm at the Cutting Garden next door. The reception will follow in the Glasshouse Barn, a 2-minute walk from the Cutting Garden.

I have a food allergy. Can I make a special request?

Absolutely! Please let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP. We’ll work with the chef to ensure you’re well taken care of.

What do I need to know about the shuttle to and from the wedding?

Answer

We will provide shuttle service between the Hampton Inn and Stanly Ranch for the wedding. Please check back later for the details.

Is there parking at Stanly Ranch?

Answer

Limited parking is available. Please plan to take the shuttle from the Hampton Inn, if you're staying there, or take an Uber if not.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

April in Napa is usually gorgeous, with highs in the 70s and cooler evenings. We recommend bringing a light layer in case it gets breezy once the sun sets. The wedding ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors.

What is there to do in Napa other than go wine tasting?

Answer

If you've never been to Napa, you might want to come for more than just the weekend! Napa is a great little town to discover, with of course tasting rooms galore, and also great galleries, shops and restaurants! And the Napa Valley countryside is legendary, not just for the great vineyards, but also for the amazing scenery.
