What are the room rates?
Answer
See the discounted rates for each room category in the picture above. You must use our discount code to receive these rates. You can explore the various room categories on the Finest website under the 'SUITES' tab. There are many other room categories available at the resort. The sooner you book, the better room options and availability there will be. The resort requires a minimum stay of 3 nights, when using the discount code. Below is an example of the rates of the most affordable room available at the resort. Please note the rates are *per person, per night*. We recommend staying at least 3-4 nights to make the most of your trip and enjoy all that the resort and Cancun have to offer! Junior Suite Spa or Pool View $246/night per person for 1 guest in a room (total for 3 nights would be $738 total) $164/night per person for 2 guests in a room (total for 3 nights would be $492 per person - $984 room total) $156/night per person for 3 guests in a room (total for 3 nights would be $468 per person - $1,404 room total)

When is the last day to book?
Answer
The last day to book with the discounted rate or make any modifications to your reservation is October 7th, 2023. Any modifications after this date will cancel your current reservation and you will automatically be rebooked at the current resort rates, which may be much higher. Also, make sure your card on file has not expired as your card on file will be charged ~30 days before your arrival. Your reservation will be canceled if your payment is declined due to your card on file being expired.

When should I book my room?

Please book your room as soon as you know you will be joining us! Your room reservation is refundable and it only takes $1 to reserve and secure your room from now. You can make changes (at no additional cost) to your reservation up until OCTOBER 7th, 2023. Please visit the Hotel + Travel tab to get started on the booking process. Please note that there will be other weddings at the resort the same weekend so rooms are expected to sell out the closer it gets to the wedding day. If you are not able to secure a room at the resort, you will not be able to attend the wedding as the resort requires all guests to stay on site. There is NO room block in place holding rooms for our group. Please do not wait to book.

When should I arrive to the resort?

Our wedding is on Friday DECEMBER 15, 2023. Please plan to arrive at least by Thursday DECEMBER 14, 2023. Please take into consideration the possibility of flight delays or flight cancellations when booking flights. We'd hate for you to miss out on celebrating with us! Also, please be sure to check the Schedule tab for a list of events so that you can plan your trip accordingly.

What’s the difference between Finest Suites, Finest Club and Excellence Club?

Finest Playa Mujeres is a luxury resort, so you will not feel like you are missing out by booking one of their standard rooms (Finest suites). -Finest Suites - The resorts standard room level. Adults and kids allowed. -Finest Club - Family club level. Adults and kids allowed. Upgraded in-room premium liquor & wine bottle selection, private pool bar, VIP toiletries, private lounge with concierge service, private beach area, Nespresso machine, daily fruit & petit fours in room, fresh flowers and sparkling wine upon arrival and more... -Excellence Club - Adults ONLY building. Same club level benefits as Finest Club, except it is for adults only. Do I have to stay at the Finest Resort?

Can I book the non-refundable option?
Answer
Yes you can, but be advised that (1) you will not receive any money back if you need to cancel for any reason, (2) you will not be able to modify your reservation at all and (3) you will be charged the full amount at the time of booking. We are asking all of our guests to use our Promo Code and book the EVENTS RATE + FREE TRANSFER option because it will include free cancellation up until 24 hrs from arrival and free transportation to/from the airport. We would hate for you to lose any money if you have to cancel your stay.

What is included?

The resort is all inclusive which means the following is included in the per person price- Food- All meals, snacks and beverages (including alcohol) There are 12 restaurants, 1 coffee/dessert bar, 15 bars, and room service too! Activities - 12 pools, daily/nightly live performances, a fitness center, paddle boarding, kayaking, cooking lessons, and yoga classes are all included. Please Note: Spa treatments and motorized water sports (jet skis and boating) are not included. Using our promo code (on the Hotel + Travel page) to reserve your room will allow you access to 10% off any spa treatments at the resort. Wedding Events - You will have access to all wedding events we will host at the resort. Airport Transportation - You will be picked up from the airport once you arrive and also dropped off at the airport at the end of your trip by the resort's transfer company, Seasons Transfers. We will send the transfer company one spreadsheet with everyone's flight information.

Do I have to tip?
Answer
Your resort fee has built-in tips for the staff, so you are not obligated to tip the staff. However, if you feel your server/bartender/etc. has delivered exceptional service, then absolutely feel free to tip at your discretion!

What should I wear to the wedding?
Answer
Beach formal attire. Beach formal means you need to look great, but within limits imposed by sun and sand. Women: Jumpsuits Midi or Maxi dresses Men: Summer suits Linen pants Khakis Light dress shirts in linen or cotton

ADULTS ONLY CEREMONY AND RECEPTION
Answer
Children are welcome at the resort, however we are having an adults only ceremony and reception. If you choose to bring your children, please travel and coordinate with a trusted loved one who can take care of your children at the resort while you join us for the ceremony and reception. We will have other events at the resort before and after the wedding day that will also be adults only. Please plan accordingly if you wish to participate in those events as well.
